CBRE is hiring a full-time Client Services Specialist for its location in Phoenix, Arizona 85016.
Responsibilities
Under limited supervision performs a wide variety of specialized, complex tasks in support of the CBRE Phoenix Net Leased Retail Investment Team. Provides support to the sales team’s business plan objectives. Responsible for preparing proposal, presentation and communication materials. Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Creates and implements a strategic marketing plan.
Conceptualizes, provides content and works with the marketing department to design all flyers, proposals, offering memorandums, e-blasts, closing flyers, post cards and team brochures.
Manages and consistently updates the team website with new listing and closing information.
Creates and develops team brand awareness through press releases, social media and other public relations opportunities.
Coordinates with other CBRE departments to manage listing inventory, closing paperwork, mailers and e-blast distribution.
Manages, researches and updates database with recent closings, contacts and property information.
Distributes marketing materials on active listings and manages inquiries.
Creates bi-weekly marketing reports for client review.
Manages listings, due diligence, escrows, closings, critical dates and paperwork.
Produces and writes listing agreements, LOI’s, purchase agreements, and all other agreements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field required. 3+ years of experience in the real estate industry and/or professional level marketing. CBRE experience preferred, but not required.
CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES
Current Arizona real estate license required.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Excellent written and oral communication, customer service and public relations skills required.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to abstract a lease.
REASONING ABILITY
Demonstrates problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite required. Intermediate skills with Adobe InDesign required. Experience with Salesforce.com preferred. Ability to solve problems, perform mathematical analysis and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of accounting and business law helpful. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines.
