Client Success Coordinator

We’re looking for a passionate individual to add to our small but growing team. We have an amazing service and need help fulfilling our mission to help home sellers and buyers save thousands in commissions using our network of top real estate agents. And, must have these qualifications:

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience
  • Exceptional poise and presence on the phone
  • The ability to make high volume calls out to warm leads
  • Proficiency in CRM experience a plus
  • Real estate experience is a plus
  • A Four-Year College Degree

The position is an Inside Sales/Service Representative and would handle the following:

First impressions are everything! You will need to be confident and knowledgeable about the home selling and buying process to communicate with sellers and buyers about their goals. Using that data, then you will match them with the best real estate agent in their area.
