At Title Exchange we are a customer service company that specializes in Title/Escrow. We are looking for an experienced Title Closer/Escrow Officer to close real estate transactions in our Pinellas County location. Successful candidates have a laser-focused ability to put the customer at ease with expert knowledge and personalized attention to detail. This candidate has the experience necessary to conduct a transaction with expert efficiency from start to finish. The candidate must have a proven track record within the industry and a record of excellent performance with an existing book of business.

The Title Closer will prepare settlement statements, closing documents; comply with escrow instructions, conduct closings and handle funds placed through our escrow account.
