Dwight Capital is looking for a Closing and Servicing Analyst in its St. Petersburg, FL location.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate signing and distribution of FHA Commitment
- Coordinate closing legal kick off calls
- Circulate Closing Checklist and collect closing due diligence
- Work with legal counsel to assure timely submission of HUD closing documents
- Prepare and provide Welcome Letter and other items to new borrower
- Maintain various reports
- Enter property data into company servicing system
- Update property information monthly and run reports on company portfolio
Skills / Experience Requirements
- Some exposure to commercial real estate is preferred but not required
- Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to create spreadsheets, presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding writing skills including the ability to communicate articulately and concisely
- Ability to multitask while maintaining organization
- Commitment to service is a must
- High integrity, and intellectual curiosity are a plus
Base of $40-$50k depending on experience. Discretionary bonus as well.
