Clubhouse Attendant
JOB SUMMARY: Attendant shall assist the Clubhouse Manager with overseeing and supervising the amenity facilities. They are the onsite representative of the Consultant. The Clubhouse Attendant shall have the responsibilities of assisting with overseeing all outside maintenance services, managing resident relations, coordinating with other outside entities as needed, and interacting with the District’s Board of Supervisors and District Manager.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Previous maintenance experience required and computer skills necessary.
- Successfully pass pre-employment screenings and background/reference checks.
- Ability to work on weekends.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to coordinate/manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors and customers/clients of all professional levels.
- Demonstrate leadership in maintaining high standards of professional behavior for self and staff.

KNOWLEDGE & CRITICAL SKILLS
Must have a working knowledge of applicable company policies, procedures, including, but not limited to:
- Knowledge of routine general maintenance is required.
- Knowledge and application of computer skills and Microsoft office is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assisting with the operations and management of the amenities.
- Ensure a presentable overall appearance of the Clubhouse and amenities.
- Serve as the on-site representative of the District to the residents.
- Issue and monitor the key fob and gate transmitter system.
- Check status of entry and exit gates for community and report any issues to District Manager.
- Assist the Clubhouse Manager with managing the private events calendar for the Clubhouse.
- Complete private event rental forms, security deposits and check in/out documents.
- Assess condition of District property resulting from neglect, vandalism, depreciation and estimate the costs associated with its repair and/or replacement.
- Maintain preventative maintenance records, inventories, purchases and review of invoices.
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls.
- Maintain control of the District’s maintenance items, tools and equipment including preventative maintenance records.
- Work to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Board of Supervisors and District Management staff.
- Serve as the liaison with the Board of Supervisors and District Management staff.
- Assist with the over site of the performance of all outside contractors.
- Maintain the “Entry Monument” area on a regular basis by picking up debris and removal of the cobwebs.
- Oversee and maintain the maintenance of the community park(s). Check playground equipment, empty receptacles and pick up debris.
- Enforce the rules and regulations of the facilities.
- Non-essential duties include other job related duties as assigned.
