Job Title : Clubhouse and Amenities Manager FLSA Status : Non-Exempt Hours : Full Time (weekends required) SUMMARY The Clubhouse Manager provides day-to-day Amenity Center management and Lifestyle services on behalf of a planned-community to a high-standard of service that meets or exceeds our contractual obligations. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: The Clubhouse Manager position supervises the Clubhouse department. TRAVEL: No travel is expected for this position. WORKSKILLS :
EXPERIENCE : Applicants will ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar field requiring similar leadership, customer service skills and management responsibilities, or an appropriate alternative. QUALIFICATIONS :
