SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Clubhouse Manager provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the clubhouse daily operations, transportation fleet and recreational amenities are maintained and operated in accordance with Vesta Standards. As a team leader involved with Recreational and Lifestyle Amenities, the Clubhouse Manager serves with excellence and professionalism in all interactions with our stakeholders and team-members and has a positive and significant impact on the day-to-day operations, special events, communication and maintenance of this Clubhouse Facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
 Demonstrate a positive, professional and hospitality oriented attitude about the company culture with team members, residents, owners, clients and the public. Constantly strive for continuous improvements in work process and results to meet customer’s expectations.
 Supervise clubhouse department heads and develop operating standards and continually evaluate service levels and performance in all areas of day to day operations and communication. Coach and counsel associates to perform consistently in a professional manner and to comply with company’s policies and safety standards. Engage and lead by example to inspire associates to develop a healthy workplace culture.
 Acquires and maintains current knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes, Community documents, policies, and rules and regulations.
 Maintain a professional relationship with the BOD, Owners, Property Management, vendors and other agents and entities.
 Other specific duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar field demonstrating
proficiency in clubhouse/facility management, events and other responsibilities, work-skills, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook
 Knowledge of and Experience with Social Media channels
 Current Driver’s License
 Knowledge of Publisher

EDUCATION:
BS/BA is a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must have the ability to lift 15lbs., clean, drive a vehicle and work outside.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Climate-controlled inside spaces as well as periodic exposure to outdoor elements.
