Collection Agent
We’re looking for English speaking Collection Agent to join our growing Chrargeback team In Tampa, Florida! This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, get to work with data, improve our product and help our customers regarding payment disputes.
Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Our customers can also manage their hard-earned money with the world’s first platform to offer true multi-currency banking.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing to Chargeback and Recovery team:
- Provide world class support to our customers via email and phone to solve the dispute
- Solve problems related to several different payment methods and currencies
- Dispute direct debit chargebacks and provide required information to our partners
- Work closely with the Operations and Fraud teams to improve the customer experience
- Work closely with the Product and Development teams to identify actionable areas for improvement
About you:
- Your verbal and written English skills are excellent. If you speak other languages then that’s a plus!
- You have strong attention to detail and you are punctual;
- You are good with routine but you can also adapt and keep up with fast changes;
- You are proactive and independent but also know how important good team-work is;
- You can make decisions in critical situations and have the ability to multitask;
- You’re flexible in working hours;
- Most importantly – you understand that having a great working culture is everyone’s responsibility, so you treat everyone with respect, you always give a helping hand, and you let our values guide you
Also…
- You’ve got at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Any additional languages are always welcome!
- Must already be legally authorized to work in the US, we cannot provide Visa sponsorship for this role
- This is NOT a remote position, this is a full-time position located in Tampa, Florida
Key benefits:
