Full Job Description

Seeking Project Manager for full ground up construction projects such as car washes, convenience stores, and restaurants. Responsible for the estimating, scheduling, bidding and coordination of subcontractors within the various construction work disciplines on small commercial projects ~3M jobs. Monitors work performance, progress and productivity to ensure schedules are being met as well as trouble shoot any problems arising on site. Handles job start up coordination, municipal meetings, and job close out. Directly supervises the job site Superintendent dedicated to the project.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinates start-up of projects including scheduling/attending start-up pre-con meetings, coordinating initial surveys, and scheduling all subcontractor trades
  • Oversite of job Superintendent and overall budget.
  • Directly responsible for putting budgets together on projects and oversee our bid coordinators
  • Trouble shoot and problem solve plan discrepancies and sub disputes
  • Weekly project reporting to clients
  • Ensuring all items are as-built during the construction project
  • Close out: investigation and compliance into municipal and utility close out processes

REQUIREMENTS

  • (5) Five years’ experience as a commercial construction Project Manager
  • Drivers license and own transportation
  • Working knowledge of various construction disciplines, construction sequencing, scheduling, safety regulations, engineering drawings, and other documents required.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
