As a Project Manager at NexGen Constructors, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects from initial planning through final completion. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of navigating the complexities of construction management while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction, budget adherence, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- Lead and coordinate the efforts of project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure successful project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and control project costs, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget while maximizing profitability.
- Ensure that all project milestones are met, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays to keep the project on track.
- Oversee all aspects of construction quality, ensuring that work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Manage all contractual obligations, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing any change orders.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, financial performance, and any issues that arise.
- Ensure all projects are executed in compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and overall company performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a proven track record of managing successful projects, preferred.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of project management.

- Competitive salary of $80,000 – $120,000 per year, based on experience.
