| We are seeking a Part-time Independent Contractor to perform Commercial inspections. The work is extremely limited so you should already be doing this type of work or have other stable income. You will work from home and create your own schedule. You will travel to specific locations to conduct surveys and then upload them electronically to our website.
Responsibilities:
- Gather Information from the survey/interview process
- Prepare written reports and make recommendations for unsafe conditions
- Take required photos of building and interior components
- Measure/Sketch building and identify building components
Requirements:
- Knowledge of ISO Classifications
- Windows based computer with high speed internet
- Good communication and exceptional writing skills
- Ability to travel within a reasonable territory
- Must be able to pass background check
