Join Urban Bay, a growing real estate group specializing in brokering commercial real estate loans. This job will train you to be a consultant between the borrower and our investors who fund acquisitions and refinances. Compensation includes an hourly base plus high commission paid out on each closed transaction.

Requirements:
1) Ability to make 75-80 outbound calls per day
2) Ability to type 50 wpm
3) Strong understanding of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM systems, and office phones and computer systems
4) Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to compose professional communications and present information concisely
5) Strong reading, writing, and math skills as it relates to this industry
6) Comfortable presenting information and communicating on the phone
7) Experience with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Brokering is a plus but not required
Description of daily activities:
1) Connecting with Real Estate investors who are seeking financing for commercial real estate transactions (Apartment Complex acquisition loans, Hotel Loans, Office Building loans, etc.)
2) Moving them from application to funding.
3) Determining the investors financial strength (how much money they have for a down payment, what is their experience and REO, etc.)
4) Placing that information along with due diligence documents into an application for review.
