St. Petersburg area CommercialProperty Management Company is looking for highly motivated individual to be part of our Property Management facilities team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in commercial office buildings with strong knowledge and experience of all building systems including HVAC – large rooftop units, and associated building management systems, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, and general maintenance.
Computer literate candidate will be required to utilize work order app on company provided electronic device. Must be available for on-call status for nights and weekends as required.
This is a fast paced work environment. Successful candidate must have the ability to work alone with minimal supervision. A positive attitude and sense of responsibility in responding to tenant concerns is a must.
The successful candidate will be responsible for repair and maintenance of building systems and ensure that they are operational daily. Must follow a preventive maintenance schedule and keep logs.
This position is hands-on and requires that you monitor and report all issues related to the general maintenance of the property to management.
Must be able to use power tools and lift 50 lbs.
