TRG is currently seeking a Commercial Department Operations Assistant who will be responsible for supporting strategic and operational initiatives in developing our National Commercial Channel. The position will be exposed to all aspects of the business working directly with the Commercial Channel President and other leadership throughout the organization. This position will help to grow this important initiative and will play a critical role in its success.

This position requires proactive communication and follow-up, analytical ability, interpersonal and organizational skills, initiative and self-motivation, sound judgment, discretion, respect for confidentiality and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to developing an innovative and successful Commercial Channel throughout the TRG entities.
Work with Commercial Program Manager to create, compile and maintain comprehensive standard operational procedures (department workflows), project plans, matrixes and reports.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Contribute in increasing team efficiency by providing support both operationally and administratively. Will perform clerical tasks such as submitting IT tickets, maintain SOPs, managing supplies, meeting and event coordination, and other administrative supporting duties.
Create presentations, documents, forms and spreadsheets
Assist with the development of marketing materials and strategies

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience in the Real Estate Title & Escrow industry preferred
Project Management experience a plus
Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, make recommendations and decisions and drive projects to completion
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly when facing challenges and able to translate knowledge to new situations
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to maintain effective working relationships and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Strong work ethic and integrity to handle confidential/sensitive information
Ability to effectively cope with change and maintain focus
Professional demeanor
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn other applications
