We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Property Manager to join our team.
Job Overview: As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and financial management of a commercial property. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property value, and achieving financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure the financial performance of each property meets or exceeds targets.
- Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors and oversee their performance to ensure high-quality services.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, financials, and maintenance activities.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Tampa’s real estate market is a plus.
- CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation is preferred but not required.
