THIS IS A PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY.
We are a growing company, looking to add another person with strong bookkeeping and lease admin skills for our property management business. While we would prefer to hire locally, this job can be handled remotely.Compensation:
$30 hourlyResponsibilities:
- Handling the bookkeeping for our retail property clients
- Bank reconciliations
- Annual CAM reconciliations
- Lease abstracts
- Prepare monthly tenant billing
- Prepare month-end owner reports
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience:
Commercial properties- Reading and/or abstracting commercial leases
- Commercial property bookkeeping
- Reconciling Common Area Maintenance
