Handling the bookkeeping for our retail property clients
Bank reconciliations
Annual CAM reconciliations
Lease abstracts
Prepare monthly tenant billing
Prepare month-end owner reports
Prepare and Manage Budgets
Manage tenant and vendor relations
Conduct property tours and identify potential problem areas
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience:
Commercial properties
Reading and/or abstracting commercial leases
Commercial property bookkeeping
Reconciling Common Area Maintenance
Strong writing and Communication Skills
Bookkeeping
Understanding of handling sales tax
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to Detail
Highly Organized

$50,000 – $55,000 yearly
