The Position: We’re currently looking for a full-time Commercial Real Estate Admin Assistant.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Assist the Transaction Manager by preparing documents and agreements.
- Process and organize documents.
- Schedule property site visits and photographers for listings.
- Pull various types of property reports.
- Create listing email campaigns with HubSpot.
- Create property listings on our website with WordPress.
- Prepare press releases.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Personal commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and manage all administrative responsibilities.
- Must have Microsoft Office product experience to include Word, Excel and SharePoint.
- Experience using Salesforce, Trello, HubSpot, and WordPress preferred but not required.
- BA/BS preferred.
