The Position: We’re currently looking for a full-time Commercial Real Estate Admin Assistant.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

  • Assist the Transaction Manager by preparing documents and agreements.
  • Process and organize documents.
  • Schedule property site visits and photographers for listings.
  • Pull various types of property reports.
  • Create listing email campaigns with HubSpot.
  • Create property listings on our website with WordPress.
  • Prepare press releases.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Personal commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and manage all administrative responsibilities.
  • Must have Microsoft Office product experience to include Word, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Trello, HubSpot, and WordPress preferred but not required.
  • BA/BS preferred.
