COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ADVISOR
SVN | Coastal Commercial Advisors is seeking commercial real estate brokers to grow our team in the Tampa, FL market. Commercial real estate is a $158 billion global industry that encompasses development, appraisal, financing, sales, leasing, and management. REQUIREMENTS:
You will need:
- An active Florida real estate license
- The motivation, discipline, and focus to exceed your current earnings
- Excellent interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
- The ability to work as a team and/or desire to build your own team
- Desire to work within a national brokerage platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- This is an independent contractor, commission-only opportunity.
