Welfont is looking for a Full-time Agent Assistant that will work with our Acquisition Agents at evaluating leads and qualifying opportunities for them. This process consists of making lots of calls , assisting the Agents in some research, and finding the right targeted opportunities for our agents to target for acquisitions.

Welfont is a boutique commercial brokerage company that focuses on finding ideal properties for investor buyers looking to buy property throughout the United States. We specialize in buyer representation, but we manage each investment from beginning to end until our clients realize their return on investment.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Targeted leads are provided.
  • Quickly and accurately qualify or disqualify a lead to help agents pursue the best opportunities.
  • Make a lot of phone calls to inquire about specific properties for sale (lots of calls).
  • Maintain and be accountable to weekly activity and results (deliver a good amount of qualified leads).
  • Accurately and consistently use company CRM (salesforce.com).
  • Work with management on achieving personal sales targets and goals.
  • Work in conjunction with management to research and identify prospective properties, as well as help improve our acquisition and sales process and programs.
  • Honorably with integrity, represent our company.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of recent experience in outbound calling.
  • 3-5 years account management, customer service, or research.
  • Proven experience in high call volume. Must be a strong dialer.
  • Ability and desire to make a lot of calls and be constantly on the phone.
  • Strong ability in rapport building and follow-up.
  • Must have strong phone presentation and communication skills with commercial real estate brokers and commercial real estate owners.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing fast and accurate information.
  • Commercial real estate experience is a plus but not necessary. No real estate licensed is required for this position, but is a plus.
  • Self motivated, disciplined, and accountable to providing desired results.
  • Must be disciplined to effectively use your company computer and phone for communications and enter accurate data into our CRM as it becomes available.
  • Able to create and maintain collegial relationships with management and sales team.
  • Enthusiastic, tenacious and comfortable working in a fluid entrepreneurial environment.
  • True team player and highly ethical.
  • Candidates must pass a background check and have excellent references.
  • Must be a positive person and continually demonstrate a positive attitude.
