Job Description
We seek aggressive, ambitious and capable individuals to expand our commercial real estate investment sales team in Tampa, Florida. This position will allow the successful candidate to work and train in the Tampa office, specifically focusing on marinas.
Candidates must absolutely be self-motivated, aggressive, tenacious and entrepreneurial by nature. Responsibilities include: negotiations, prospecting, market research, deal making, and transaction management. Six figure incomes are common in an agent’s second to third year and senior agents achieve mid to high six and low seven figure annual incomes.
The Marcus & Millichap training program, mentorship for new agents and continuous development coaching are considered the best in the industry, and we will tailor them to your own level of real estate experience. Job Requirements
- Prior marina management experience and/or real estate sales experience specializing in marinas
- Four-year degree
