WE are a Commercial Development Company that designs and builds commercial developments for Multi Family and Mixed Use properties. Additionally we serve as Keller Williams Gulfside (Tampa Commercial Group) listing and selling commercial real estate. The ideal candidate must have a real estate license (or be willing to obtain license) and be a take charge type that will own the scope of work that you are being considered for. Our preference is to have someone that has commercial real estate or bank financial analytics capabilities. You must be a self starter and highly organized.
