Full Job Description
As a commercial real estate analyst at B+E, you will be an integral part of deal making on a day-to-day basis. Analysts will work with our national brokerage team to assist clients in trading NNN assets. This position requires an ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of tenant credit and real estate fundamentals. Additionally, analysts will develop sales support documents that will be shared with clients and the commercial real estate marketplace. Responsibilities
· Research market trends, customers business models, demographics, and comparable properties. Synthesize aforementioned information into sale documents to be shared with clients and high net-worth individuals.
· Examine relevant factors when underwriting tenant credit and real estate fundamentals for properties around the U.S. when conducting a pricing analysis and building sale documents such as broker opinion of value and offering memorandums.
· Keep broker team up to date with relevant economy news, real estate news, and tenant news. Additionally, listening to relevant earnings calls from companies in the commercial real estate industry.
· Develop marketing documents and sales support tools in a timely manner with a marketing team with minimal oversight to be delivered to broker team.
· Support brokers in origination of deals i.e., gathering market data and developing call lists.
· Research micro and macro-economic factors relating to the needs of clients.
· Complete a wide variety of special projects as it relates to assisting clients confidently buy and sell NNN real estate assets on B+E’s proprietary platform.
