Job Description
· The long-term plan will be for this person to work in to a position as a commercial real estate broker
· Preference is that the person have a real estate degree and either already has or is prepared to sit for their license.
· This is a great gig for someone who wants to get in to commercial real estate, but needs to earn while they are learning the ropes. Might also work for a residential agent who wants to move over to commercial.
Preferred Qualities
· Real estate experience: commercial, resimmercial, or residential
· Experience in industries adjacent to real estate, such as trades, or people with experience as a paralegal
· Has a business degree, preferably real estate focused
