- preference is that the person have a real estate degree and either already has or is prepared to sit for their license.
This is a great gig for someone who wants to get in to commercial real estate, but needs to earn while they are learning the ropes. Might also work for a residential agent who wants to work over to commercial.
Big plus if candidate
- has restaurant experience
- has real estate experience
- has a business degree, preferably real estate focused
