A top commercial real estate team based in Tampa, Florida is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with a high production team in the management and closing of their transactions. The position encourages, but does not require previous job experience in any of the following: closing real estate transactions, paralegal, title, closing agent.
This person will support the daily transaction activities of the team in a wide variety of tasks ranging from:
- Tracking Critical Dates for the transactions currently in the queue. Approximately 10 at a time.
- Filling in the Blanks on Form Contracts and Addendums for Agents
- Managing Signatures in Docusign
- Request and coordination of documents and closing requirements with applicable parties (lender, title, buyer, seller, insurance, management, etc)
- Internet searches on properties, individuals, and companies.
Job Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Prior experience in closing, title, or paralegal preferred but not necessary
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications with extensive knowledge of Outlook, word and excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines
- Resourceful, service-oriented, hard-working, professional, proactive, dependable, trainable
- High level of integrity and great interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
We are currently allowing our staff to work from home at their own discretion. About half of our team are choosing to go to the office, with the majority of work done at home. Training would probably require some in-office time.
