This is a full-time, administrative focused position. We are seeking a driven, dynamic, organized individual to support the company with day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone who can wear many hats and will be a team player.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day office operations: answering phones, greeting guests, assisting staff
- Assisting by scheduling site visits and photographers
- Assisting with IT related issues such as phone issues or setting up a work station
- Providing administrative support for President/CEO, Director of Investment Sales and other team members including booking travel, scheduling meetings, and assisting in special projects
- Handling employee appreciation events and catering
- Ordering office supplies
- Providing administrative support to the Transaction Manager by preparing listing agreements, processing volumes of documentation, preparing spreadsheets for meetings
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines
- A desire to work within a collaborative, fast-paced and driven professional environment
- Microsoft Office product experience
- Interest/experience in real estate is a plus
- BA/BS preferred but not required
Assessment and Questionnaire
- In order to proceed with our process, selected candidates will receive a request to complete a DISC assessment and respond to questions
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience
