Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 3-6 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate and/or commercial lending law. The candidate should have experience with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development work and leasing work and/or experience representing banks and other lenders in real estate secured and asset based lending transactions. Experience in corporate transactional law is a plus.
The candidate must be detail-oriented and possess strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing abilities and strong communication skills.
