Job Details
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree.
Experience: 5+ years relevant experience.
Preferably experience with complex commercial real estate, multifamily including experience in handling title and reviewing surveys.
Strong leasing and general real estate transactional skills.
Excellent writing, communication, analytical and legal research skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.
