The Real Estate Practice Group is seeking to add an associate attorney in our growing Tampa, Florida office with 3-6 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate and/or commercial lending law. Candidates should have experience with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development work and leasing work and/or experience representing banks and other lenders in real estate secured and asset based lending transactions. Candidates must be detail-oriented and possess strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing abilities and strong communication skills. Experience in corporate transactional law is a plus, but not a requirement. Florida Bar required.

Salary – $115-135K, plus solid benefits
