Responsibilities Include:
- Canvass prospective clients and leads through a variety of approaches including primarily telephone calls.
- Grow Friedman’s brokerage presence on the west coast of Florida.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
- Implement strategies set forth by team leader.
- Gather relevant market data and prepare market surveys and/or marketing material.
- Network with other brokers to promote and ultimately lease and sell exclusively represented sites.
- Schedule and conduct site tours.
- Accompany other Freidman brokers and management at client meetings

- College degree required.
- State of Florida Real Estate Salesperson’s License required.
- Minimum four (4) years experience in the commercial real estate brokerage business.
- Knowledge of relevant real estate, brokerage, ethical, and other rules.
- Familiarity with the west coast of South Florida and surrounding areas.
