A Major, Lindsey & Africa client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Closer for a national settlement and title company in the greater Atlanta, GA area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Preparation settlement/closing statements Wire preparation Check writing Document preparation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years as a commercial real estate closer. Experience with complex, multi property transactions/closings.
Multi-state closing experience highly preferred.
Intermediate level Excel skills.
Experience with large, complex transactions.
Familiar with cutting checks/wire transfers in closing software.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
