- Assist in selling multifamily properties to prospective buyers.
- Assist Escrow Officers, Buyers, and Sellers throughout title process from receipt of contract to closing
- Collaborate with the title, Buyer and Sellers to resolve issues
- Coordinate with escrow companies, lenders, inspectors, title officers to ensure that terms and condition of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.
- Aid in drafting and finalize purchase contracts and monitor escrows to ensure that the properties are sold in a timely manner.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and closings
- Prepare and generate marketing materials, including creating brochures, email blasts, and mailers.
- Implement and maintain follow up systems for gathering documents and meeting deadlines through contract process
