Support marketing and administrative needs of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Group.
– Will need to operate CRE Markeing Tools BuildOut, LoopNet, CoStar, Prospect Now
– Will need to be or become proficient in DotLoop real estate documentation platform to process transactions.
– Will need to research properties and owners as directed by Group leadership
– Will prefer to have candidates that live in or near St. Petersburg, FL, near our downtown offices and focus area.
– Will need to be able to drive and photograph / video properties.
– Various administrative duties.
– Job potentially both full or part time.
– Bonus if candidate is also a licensed Florida real estate agent that can show our properties.
