Summary/Objective: The overall objective of this position is to work with commercial real estate agents and assist their needs within the department to make for a better outcome for the company as a whole.

· Agent Services
Research property details and assist with creating Broker Opinion of Value’s for salespersons
Create Sale & Lease Listing Agreements
Make sure salesperson gets the executed listing agreement, order sign placement, start a property data file for all property information
Track expiring listings & create extension forms. Send email reminders to agents
Create Lease Invoices for executed leases
Create STR’s & LTR’s for closed sales for commissions to be paid
Research properties as needed by agents
Make sure faxes, emails messages get to the intended recipient
Learn LandVision to assist sales team with items like creating marketing maps with existing businesses in an area
Find Zoning, Land Use, & Flood Zone information, as needed by agents
Find water supply & electric supply to vacant land as needed by agents
Get approval on invoices & purchase orders and turn in to accounting for processing
Help with training of new sales staff
Create Price Amendments for listings
Prepare information for sales meetings
Try to assist all salesperson requests for information, forms, research, printing, presentations, reminders, etc.…
Supply orders
Sign order and placement verification
· Marketing Services
Create a property flyer from information in the property data sheet
Post listing on the commercial MLS websites such as FGCAR, LoopNet, ResourceCenter, MLS, etc. Send an email to associates with links once completed.
Pull mailing lists to send property information to. Do letter merge, envelope merge, and print letters, envelopes, & flyers for mailings
Create Property Profiles
Create mailing Postcards
Help meet print and social media deadlines
Social media campaign design and implementation
Update designs for brochures, listing presentations, marketing material and other communication pieces
Generate traffic on website, social media pages, etc.… with the goal to brand, lead capture and grow business
Analytic reporting on social media and web platforms
Content editing for grammar, clarity and SEO practices
Various design platform knowledge would be helpful but not mandatory – InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
Consult on budget requirements for PR and Marketing projects
Web design consultation
· Public Relations
Press relations and communicating with our PR team
Occasional representation of the company at public and private events
Target property type campaigns to generate commercial leads.
Generate traffic on website, social media pages with the goal to brand, lead, and capture and grow business

Owners Reports
Setup new associate paperwork, system setup, order business cards & fee collection

Consult on budget requirements for projects in PR, Marketing, Supplies, etc.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
