The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Marketing Coordinator role is an extremely important position, where you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the continued growth of the company. Responsibilities :

  • Coordinating the process of individual property marketing campaigns
  • Designing digital promotional materials such as Broker Opinion of Value and Offering Memorandum packages
  • Conducting market research for specific real estate sectors relevant to upcoming property marketing campaigns
  • Interface directly with property owners regarding the preparation of their marketing packages

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • BA/BS degree strongly desirable
