RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery
- Schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, trials, and expert and client meetings
- Electronically file all pleadings
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
- Title and survey examination
- Drafting and preparing loan documents
- Conducting real estate closings
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
