Job Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years demonstrated experience in the field of commercial real estate
- Experience dealing with lenders
- Experience with title and survey examination
- Experience in drafting and preparing loan documents
- Experience conducting real estate closings
Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
