Candidates who qualify for this position will be aggressive, ambitious entrepreneurs with business development and sales experience looking to build their own business. The most successful agents at our firm have proven to be coachable, persistent, goal oriented, individuals who understand of the importance of business planning, prospecting, and developing client relationships.
Job Description
Franklin Street sales agents possess the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the following business building activities on a regular basis:
o Deal making,
o Prospecting,
o Client meetings and presentations,
o Negotiating, property underwriting,
o Financial analysis,
o Transaction management
o Database research,
The motivation to build a lucrative sales pipeline – This position is limited to independent contractors and offers straight commission compensation.

Qualifications
If you possess the following, we’d like to hear from you:
5+ years of commercial real estate experience, specifically in Retail investment sales.An active Florida Real Estate License.Expertise in commercial real estate processes and regulations.High level of proficiency in commercial real estate underwriting.
