Job Description

  • Franklin Street sales agents possess the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the following business building activities on a regular basis:

o Deal making,
o Prospecting,
o Client meetings and presentations,
o Negotiating, property underwriting,
o Financial analysis,
o Transaction management
o Database research,

  • The motivation to build a lucrative sales pipeline – This position is limited to independent contractors and offers straight commission compensation.
  • The desire to work in an environment built around a culture of Collaboration, Integrity, Hard Work, and Accountability. Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, specifically in Retail investment sales.
  • An active Florida Real Estate License.
  • Expertise in commercial real estate processes and regulations.
  • High level of proficiency in commercial real estate underwriting.
