Our client is an AV rated firm that is currently seeking paralegal candidates for their Commercial Real Estate Department. Requirements include:

  • Minimum of four (4) years demonstrated experience in the field of commercial real estate
  • Experience dealing with lenders
  • Experience with title and survey examination
  • Experience in drafting and preparing loan documents
  • Experience conducting real estate closings
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills.
