Commercial Superintendent
This position reports direct-to-jobsite in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, and nearby cities.
What You’ll Need:
- Hands-on Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in commercial construction, with a minimum of 2 years in field management.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction best practices, safety regulations (OSHA 30 required within 90 days of hire), and building codes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with project management software (Procore preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Safety Focus: A strong commitment to safety with the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols on the job site.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Rigging and hoisting experience a plus.
- Experience with small construction equipment a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

- Ensure project work is completed to plans & specifications
- Supervision of construction activities
- Management of project Sub-Contractors
- Facilitating effective coordination & communication to project stakeholders
- Attend Project Meetings (Internal & External)
- Documentation & Reporting
- Safety compliance
