COMMERCIAL/OFFICE LEASING AGENT NEEDED
Arcis Investments is looking for an on-site Commercial/Office Leasing Agent with commercial leasing experience, good negotiation skills and attention to detail for a Clearwater office park. An aggressive approach to the leasing & marketing of the property will be required. You will need to understand the market, negotiate leases & renewals, and provide updates to ownership. Competitive salary & benefits, plus commission is offered. Success is judged by negotiating leases & getting leases signed!
