Full Job Description
We are hiring a tenacious individual to support our customer acquisition and marketing strategies for our robust client base. This position is considered entry level with access to rapid advancement to fulfill the increasing requests of our clients.
Position Summary:
- Develop a strong command of industry knowledge
- Drive customer outreach efforts by prospecting
- Set, meet, and exceed production goals
- Assist with expansion of our customer base
- Inform prospective customers of product benefits
- Present products and services in a dynamic, professional manner
- Adopt direct sales techniques by shadowing senior team members
- Establish rapport with internal departments
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- At least one year of sales and or customer relations experience
- Available to work full time
- Must pass a Background Check
- Exemplary communication skills
- Inquisitive and passionate about learning new skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
- Thrives in social situations and adapts well to change
