We are looking to hire an Entry Level Communications Assistant to become part of our team. In this role you will work directly with the marketing manager handling brand representation and client relations to provide effective content and presentation on behalf of our client accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with clients to establish a positive brand image to the public
- Assist the Marketing Manager in marketing campaigns, campaign set up and breakdown, resolve communication issues and coordinate a transition of marketing campaign materials as needed.
- Provide information about our clients programs and services
- Participate in team building activities
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem-solvers who can make independent decisions is a must
- Positive attitude, ability to work individually and within a team
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
