Description
Under direct supervision, assist the Manager Communications in preparing, delivering, and archiving internal Firm-wide communications and maintaining the Firm’s intranet site and other communication platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deliver recurring Firm-wide communications to target audiences using various communication vehicles in accordance with Firm guidelines.
- Represent Corporate Communications as a core member on project teams (as assigned) to develop and coordinate communication plans for enterprise-level projects and strategic initiatives.
- Produce monthly Firm-wide digital magazine while monitoring statistics and suggesting enhancements.
- Manage assigned communications programs and databases by maintaining relevant content, monitoring technical issues, and suggesting enhancements.
- Partner with departments and project teams to create and maintain ad hoc websites on the Firm-wide intranet.
- Partner with team members to develop and design the annual Health and Welfare Benefits guides and communications campaign.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to existing communications programs.
- Assist in the shooting and editing of videos for communication plans as needed.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- KTS Applications Development Team – Consult and partner with to maintain and improve communication platforms.
- Corporate and Field Leaders/Personnel – Partner with to coordinate internal communications and information.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing and 2 plus years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Lotus Notes, InDesign, and Photoshop preferred. Experience in video production is preferred.
