Part-time
– Assist the Community Administrator approx. 3 – 4 days per week. Hours tentatively for 10AM-2PM. Days and hours may vary, must have a flexible schedule.

-Must have computer skills.

-Must have great customer service skills.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Communicating in-person, via computer & phone with residents
  • Take detailed messages
  • Driving around the community siting violations & entering violations into the system
  • Monitoring/entering corrected violations in the system
  • Printing violations, placing in envelopes, and mailing violations
  • Assist with collecting ARC applications
  • E-mailing ARC applications to residents
  • Entering and scanning ARC applications and supporting documents into the system
  • Reaching out to residents for more information needed on ARC application to submit correctly
  • Assisting with retrieval of Approved/Denied ARC letters in the system to correspond with residents
  • Any and all other duties the Community Administrator needs assistance with
