Full Job Description
Seeking a community association manager to oversee the operations, business management, budget, common spaces, and services of a community. CAM License required!!
St. Augustine & Ponte Vedra Beach, FL (2 openings)
Responsibilities:
- Supervising property maintenance and upkeep of facilities and amenities
- Providing administrative support to the board of directors and other owners
- Overseeing financial management and budget tracking
- Creating presentations and other visual materials
- Coordinating board meetings
- Overseeing homeowner communications
- Managing and supporting communication between board members
- Reviewing and assisting in making building policy decisions9.
- Organizing and supervising contracted service bids and providing recommendations on service needs
- Collecting fees from homeowners
- Conducting site and equipment inspections
- Ensuring that all community association members, including the board, comply with the association’s governing documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
