Title: Community Association Manager – Assistant

Responsibilities:
Support Community Association Managers by inspecting communities and recording violations
Respond to telephone calls and emails received from Homeowners
Create binders and requests for proposals, business licenses and insurance information from vendors
Request proposals or bids
Attend occasional board meetings
Assist in scheduling facility if necessary
Conduct inspections of communities and report violations
Process fulfillment work order requests
Scan and upload association minutes and other documents into company software
Update association notes as needed to keep residents informed of issues in each community
Experience and Qualifications:
2+ years experience as an Assistant Community Association Manager or Assistant Property Manager is a MUST
Customer focused with strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Proficient in MS office suite with ability to learn company software
Good critical thinking skills, good corporate presentation is required
Reliable transportation
Salary: $40,000-$45,000; Negotiable Depending on Experience, plus Comprehensive Benefits Package
